Free GBP Audit
How does your Google listing look to the restaurant down the street?
A free, recorded walkthrough of your Google Business Profile, your local search results and your website, from a fire protection company owner, with the first things we would fix.
What we check
Six things we look at on every audit.
Public information only — what a customer searching for you would see.
Reviews
How many Google reviews you have, how recent they are, whether you reply, and how that compares with the companies showing up next to you.
Local results
Where you appear (or don’t) for searches like "fire extinguisher inspection [your city]" and "hood suppression inspection [your city]", including the map results.
Business Profile basics
Primary and secondary categories, services listed, service area, hours, description, photos and posts. Whether the profile actually says you do extinguishers, hood suppression, sprinkler or alarm work.
Your website
Whether a restaurant owner or property manager can tell in a few seconds what you do and where, call you from a phone, and find a page for their town.
Consistency
Whether your business name, address and phone match between your profile and your website, so Google is not left guessing.
AI-search readiness
Whether your profile and site state the plain facts (services, service area, hours, codes you work to) that Google AI Overviews and AI assistants rely on. We can’t control what they show, but clear facts help.
Sample findings
What findings usually look like.
| Area | Illustrative finding | First fix |
|---|---|---|
| Business Profile | Primary category is set correctly, but no services are listed, so "kitchen hood suppression" and "fire extinguisher inspection" do not appear anywhere on the profile. | Add each service you sell, with a one-line description. |
| Reviews | A handful of reviews, the newest from more than a year ago, and none have a reply. | Start asking for a review after every completed inspection, and reply to each one. |
| Local results | The profile shows for the company name but not for "fire extinguisher inspection [city]" in the map results. | Fix categories and services first, then build reviews and a service-area page for that city. |
| Website | One "Services" page covers everything; no page for hood suppression and no city pages. The phone number is not tappable on mobile. | Separate service pages, a page for your main city, click-to-call in the header. |

Questions
GBP audit FAQ.
Is the GBP audit really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. If you want to talk about it afterwards, the strategy call is free too.
Do you need my login or access to my profile?
No. We only look at what any customer can see: your public Google Business Profile, search results and website.
Is this the same as the strategy call?
No. The strategy call is a 30-minute live conversation with Boki and is the best next step if you are seriously considering marketing help. The GBP audit is a smaller, recorded starting point you can watch on your own time.
Will you guarantee I rank higher if I fix these things?
No. Nobody controls Google’s rankings. The audit points out the gaps we see most often and what we would fix first. Results depend on your market and competition.
How long does it take to get?
We will tell you when to expect it when we confirm your request. It depends on how many requests are in the queue.
