Starter: Get Found Online

$1,497/month · $500 one-time setup · month-to-month

Starter fits if…

  • Owner-operators getting most work from referrals and word of mouth
  • Companies with no website, an outdated one, or an unclaimed / thin Google Business Profile
  • Shops that track inspection due dates in spreadsheets or paper and want reminders to run on their own

Starter is about being findable and organized. The website, Google Business Profile and pipeline go in first, then one strong article and regular GBP posts every month keep the profile and site active.

Written by someone who does the work.

Your service pages and articles are written around the work you actually sell: portable extinguisher inspection and maintenance (NFPA 10), kitchen hood suppression systems (NFPA 17A wet chemical systems, with NFPA 96 covering commercial kitchen ventilation), and the sprinkler, alarm and emergency-lighting work many fire protection companies also offer.

About inspection reminders. Reminders default to a 6-month cycle for hood suppression systems and a 12-month cycle for extinguisher maintenance, the most common schedules, and are set per customer. The actual interval for any site is set by the applicable code, your local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) and the manufacturer's instructions, so we configure reminders to match what you are required to do, not the other way round.

How Starter rolls out.

Timelines are targets. They depend on how quickly we receive access and content from you.

  1. Week 1: Kickoff and accessKickoff call, then access to your domain, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and (Growth and Dominate) Google Ads. We collect your service list, service area, photos, and how you schedule inspections today.
  2. Month 1Website (7 pages) built and launched, Google Business Profile set up or optimized, GHL pipeline and inspection reminders configured, GA4 installed. Target: site live within the first 30 days.
  3. Months 2–3Your 3 service area pages, the first monthly blog posts and twice-monthly Google Business Profile posts. First monthly SEO reports establish your baseline.
  4. Month 4+Content and GBP posting continue every month. Starter does not include Google Ads; if paid search makes sense later, moving to Growth adds it.

What you see every month.

  • Calls and form leads, by source where tracking allows (Google Business Profile, organic, ads, direct)
  • Local rankings for the searches that matter in your area (for example "fire extinguisher inspection [city]")
  • Website traffic and Google Business Profile actions (calls, website clicks, direction requests)
  • What we did this month, and what we are changing next month
Targets, not guarantees. We help fire protection companies grow inbound calls 2x in 12 months. That is the target we plan and report against, not a promised outcome. SEO usually builds over 6–12 months; paid search can produce calls sooner once it is live.

Starter FAQ.

Does Starter include Google Ads?

No. Google Ads management starts at Growth. Starter focuses on your website, Google Business Profile, local SEO content and the CRM so the foundation is right first.

Does Starter include the review generation system?

The automated review request system is part of Growth and Dominate. On Starter we still optimize your Google Business Profile and report on it monthly.

Do I have to write the blog posts?

No. We write them on fire protection topics for your market. You can ask to review anything before it is published.

What if I already have a website?

We review it on the strategy call. Starter includes a custom Astro website; if yours is already strong we will tell you so and discuss what makes sense.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month, no minimum, 30 days’ notice to cancel. There is a one-time $500 setup fee.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We set targets (our offer is to help you grow inbound calls 2x in 12 months), plan the work against them and report on them monthly. Rankings and lead volume depend on your market and starting point, so we do not guarantee them.
